We're absolutely charmed by Fettle & Fire's stoneware, beautifully handcrafted ceramic chimes. It's many of Period Six's favorite things at once: made in Colorado, a full spectrum of color, and lovingly made! Safe for outside, amazing to gift or treat yourself!

In 2011, Lindsey founded Fettle & Fire in her basement storage room.  By 2016, she was a full-time ceramicist, she moved into her Longmont studio at 921 Kimbark in 2019, and she installed Midtown Handmade, a vending machine stocked 100% with locally handmade goods (and open 24/7/365) in 2020.  Lindsey was an Amazon x Martha Stewart American Made honoree and her ceramic chimes have been featured in Real Simple, HGTV Magazine, and American Craft Magazine.  Her work can be found online at fettleandfire.com, at Uncommon Goods, and in independent boutiques and galleries  worldwide - like Period Six Studio.

Lindsey began designing short term rental cabins (STRs) in the Pikes Peak region in 2018. Her experience working with designers to create custom ceramic art installations for salons, furniture stores, and residential remodels proved invaluable as she began to create hanging sculptures for A-Frames, 5-foot-tall ceramic cacti outside stucco cabins, and multimedia custom art and décor.  She is especially passionate about creating cabins that feel nostalgic, as though they have been treasured by your family for decades and decorated lovingly throughout the years.
