We want you to love what you bring home from Period Six. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
handmade & one-of-a-kind items.
Many of the pieces we carry are handmade in small batches or individually crafted. Handmade items vary—this is a feature, not a flaw. Natural variations in color, pattern, and finish are byproducts, celebrated, and part of what makes each piece special. Slight variation from photos is expected and not considered a defect.
returns + exchanges.
Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. See below for excluded items.

Refunds are always issued in the original form of payment.

color & expectation concerns.
If a handmade item doesn’t meet your expectations due to color or natural variation, we’re happy to help explore a return or store credit. We’re unable to guarantee exact color matches on one-of-a-kind pieces.

Eligible items purchased between November 15th and December 24th may be exchanged through January 31st. Please email hello@periodsix.com to confirm eligibility and coordinate your return or exchange.
