Healthy Harvest Greek extra virgin olive oil is made from koutsourelia olives grown by the local cooperative in Sparta, Greece.The olives are picked by hand to ensure that only perfectly ripe, unbruised olives are pressed. The olives are cold-pressed (made with no heat, no chemicals, and no other oils) within one hour of picking in order to retain a naturally low acidity and full, fresh flavor. Enjoy its mild, buttery flavor for everyday cooking, as well as over salads, grilled meats and vegetables.
